Whoops, sorry, that's not completely right.
MADV_DONTNEED is used unconditionally for !Darwin on bmalloc.
Regarding Source/WTF/wtf/OSAllocatorPosix.cpp, Linux has separate
`#if OS(LINUX)' cases that also uses them.

(Anyway, it's probably worth to define HAVE_MADV_{FREE,DONTNEED} to
possibly benefit of them on !Darwin and !Linux too!)
