IMHO instructions to how quickly setup a package - like they seem in
that case - is a good use case for MESSAGE: all the instructions are
specific to the package packaged in pkgsrc.
Or, in other words (but not sure if I am too used to in doing that!):
my first reflex when I couldn't find any man page is to first do a
`pkg_info <pkg>' to see if there is any interesting MESSAGE and *then*
check `pkg_info -L <pkg>' if it provides any documentation. :)
Apart that, with MESSAGE it is clear that these instructions were added
by pkgsrc maintainers while by adding README in share/doc/<package> it
seems like that file is part of the official documentation.
