MESSAGE is basically not allowed, per the pkgsrc guide.  It may not be
used for documentation.  Please

  0) If it is just telling people that pkgsrc installs stuff where
  pkgsrc installs stuff, just remove them.

  1) see if this is explained in upstream docs, and if so remove.
  People are expected to read that.  If things belong in upstream docs,
  because they apply to anyone using the upstream package on $os whether
  they installed from pkgsrc or not, please file a bug/pr with upstream.

  2) if none of these apply, move to files/ and install in share/doc/rtl_433.
