Import into wip/bioruby

Log Message:
BioRuby project aims to implement integrated environment for Bioinformatics by 
using Ruby, which is the object-oriented interpreted scripting language. It 
supports classes for sequence (translation, splicing, window search etc), for 
applications (homology search), and more.
