Update DESCR to add more detail.

Add buildlink3.mk file (used by evince).

Add patch-aa to support gcc 3.3.3 on NetBSD. (From poppler CVS.)

Change MASTER_SITES.

Needs gmake.

Now build Splash backend. I don't know what it is. But a backend
is required.

Add some comments of things to do.

Require glib2, jpeg and gtk2.
