up to 0.5

* 0.4 was buggy (segfault when using GMP)

Changelog:
- support for freebsd7
- install documentation
- add pcap terminator and error fixup
- some \n fixups
- set compiler flags in src/Makefile.acr
- cannot use z and ZZ modes together 
- add -ZZ flag (read values from stdin and add results to the desired mode)
- add -Z flag (read values from stdin)
- add -D flag (separate big numbers in dot format) 
- fix invalid interface error
- talk about mountpoints instead of disks      
- \n when ^C 
- fix for segfault on GMP build (*)
- use alarm instead of sleep() - more precission on slow machines
