Import into wip/pkg_rmleaves

Log Message:
Import pkg_rmleaves from FreeBSD. 

pkg_rmleaves finds "leaf" packages, i.e. packages which are not requested
by any other installed package, and lets you decide for each one whether
you want to keep it or delete it.
