Log Message:

In some situations it makes sense to keep several/all package versions
   in the summary (it makes sense for working with binary package
   repositories, for example), e.g. both x11-links-0.34
   and x11-links-0.35.
   But default pkg_update_summary works this way.

   In other situations pkgpath:pkgbase pair MUST be unique.
   For this case -r option is added to pkg_update_summary

New tool pkg_refresh_summary is created exactly for this purpose.

added: pkg_refresh_summary -h|--help
version -> 0.6.0

No manual page yet for pkg_refresh_summary
