Update to tenshi 0.10.

- includedir now skips dotfiles
- pid file is now created in debug, profile and foreground modes
- fixed incorrect uid check not handling root user
- fixed buggy time_to_die
- fixed buggy tail_multiple option parsing
- fixed empty report sending if filter program returns no output
- fixed bug on unmatched subpatterns, thanks goes to
       Adam James <atj%pulsewidth.org.uk@localhost>
- die before pipe if tail_file is not readable, prevents fd leak
- replaced IO::Select with IO::BufferedSelect, fixes parsing delay of buffered 
lines
