Import into wip/syx

Log Message:
Import syx-0.1.7 as wip/syx.

Smalltalk YX (Syx) is a free and open Smalltalk
implementation.

Syx is written in the C programming language
and aims to be small and portable. It comes
with an interface to C/C++, which makes it
possible to create plugins for Syx or embed
Smalltalk code in C.
