Log Message:
Enable automatic building of the Debugging Helper library.

The Debugging Helper library is built within the QtCreator application itself.
Adding these two patches adjusts the rpath used and issues an in-place install
to render the libtool managed library loadable.

    wip/qtcreator/patches/patch-am
