Import into wip/py-clonedigger

Log Message:
Import py25-clonedigger-1.0.9 as wip/py-clonedigger.

Clone Digger aimed to detect similar code in Python and Java programs.
The synonyms for the term "similar code" are "clone" and "duplicate code".

It is an important package that can help in the developement of python, please 
test it
