Log Message:

FIX: During building the summary for "bad" dependencies, i.e. ones with
   incorrect XXX_VERSION_REQD=<unsupported-value> assignments such deps are
   are skipped, thus allowing distbb to outout much better better
   diagnistics.
Minor fix for -G debugging option
