Import into wip/xtreemfs-client

Log Message:
Import xtreemfs-client-1.3.1 as wip/xtreemfs-client.

TODO:
Linux clients can mount XtreemFS servers running on NetBSD without
problems.

However; the client on NetBSD seems to only work in read-only mode.
