Import into wip/avr-gcc

Log Message:
Import avr-gcc-4.5.3 as wip/avr-gcc.

gcc-4.5 configured as cross-compiler for Atmel AVR 8-bit RISC
microcontrollers.

This package includes a basic C++ compiler, although this currently
is only of limited use (without a libstdc++), and is little tested.
