  - bugfix: omprog made rsyslog abort on startup if not binary to
    execute was configured
  - bugfix: imklog invalidly computed facility and severity
    closes: http://bugzilla.adiscon.com/show_bug.cgi?id=313
  - improves interop with systemd journal
