Log Message:
Import py27-pyserial-2.6 as wip/py-serial.

This module encapsulates the access for the serial port. It provides backends
for Python running on Windows, Linux, BSD (possibly any POSIX compliant
system), Jython and IronPython (.NET and Mono). The module named "serial"
automatically selects the appropriate backend.

To generate a diff of this commit:
cvs -z3 rdiff -u -r0 -r1.1 wip/py-serial/DESCR wip/py-serial/Makefile \
