Update to 1.9.

Changes from 1.8 to 1.9
---------------------------

1. Added option to dump scanned directory information to a file (-o)

2. Added option to load scanned directory information from a file (-f)

3. Added multiple scan and load interfaces (-0,-1,-2)

4. Fit loading and error windows to the terminal width (#13)

5. Fix symlink resolving bug (#18)

6. Fix path display when scanning an empty directory (#15)

7. Fix hang when terminal is resized to a too small size while loading

8. Use top-level automake build

9. Remove useless AUTHORS, INSTALL and NEWS files

10. ncdu.1 now uses POD as source format
