Update to 1.0.3:

This minor maintenance release finally sticks into a tarball a bunch
of code cleanup that was done a couple years ago.

Alan Coopersmith (8):
      Strip trailing whitespace
      Add const attributes to fix gcc -Wwrite-strings warnings
      Fix typos
      Remove a bunch of unnecessary casts with malloc, free & memcpy calls
      Remove unnecessary Realloc wrapper
      Replace many malloc(strlen)+strcpy calls with strdup calls
      Remove Malloc wrapper and its MallocFailed helper
      xfwp 1.0.3
