Log Message:
Import xnee-3.19 as wip/xnee. Needs to be tested if it works fine.

Xnee is a suite of programs that can record, replay, and distribute
user actions under the X11 environment. Think of it as a robot that
can imitate the job you just did. Xnee can be used to:

* Automate tests
* Demonstrate programs
* Distribute actions
* Record and replay 'macro'
* Retype a file

To generate a diff of this commit:
cvs -z3 rdiff -u -r0 -r1.1 wip/xnee/DESCR wip/xnee/Makefile wip/xnee/PLIST \
