Log Message:
Import cwdiff-0.2.6 as wip/cwdiff.

cwdiff is a part of cj-overlay, and it wraps wdiff to support
directories and colorize the output.
  cwdiff -h or cwdiff --help
will tell you how to use it.

To generate a diff of this commit:
cvs -z3 rdiff -u -r0 -r1.1 wip/cwdiff/DESCR wip/cwdiff/Makefile \
    wip/cwdiff/PLIST wip/cwdiff/distinfo
