Log Message:
Import tex-tikzposter-32732 as wip/tex-tikzposter.

A document class provides a simple way of using TikZ for
generating posters. Several formatting options are available,
and spacing and layout of the poster is to a large extent
automated.

To generate a diff of this commit:
cvs -z3 rdiff -u -r0 -r1.1 wip/tex-tikzposter/DESCR \
