update scmwip and RPATH

Thanks for packaging scmwip.

Do you have plans on updating it?

Also, I see that /usr/pkg/bin/git-http-push can't find libcurl and 
libexpat. And /usr/pkg/bin/git-http-fetch doesn't see libcurl also. Can 
you look at that?

(By the way, PKG_DEVELOPER=yes will check for that.)
