SourceForge is currently having problems with their anoncvs infrastructure,
which probably causes the problem you're describing.
The easiest work-around I can think of is: register a SF.net account and
ask wiz%netbsd.org@localhost for access to the pkgsrc-wip repository, as the
pserver
still works fine. :-)
