wip/TODO warning

Hello,

When I use pkglint in a pkgsrc-wip package directory,
pkglint shows a warining because spe-0.4.2.c does not match
regex_pkgname in /usr/pkg/bin/pkglint:

># cd /usr/pkgsrc/wip/zope3-unstable
># pkglint
>WARN: ../../wip/TODO:19: Invalid package name spe-0.4.2.c
>0 errors and 1 warnings found.
>#

>use constant regex_pkgname     => qr"^((?:[\w.+]|-[^\d])+)-(\d(?:\w|\.\d)*)$";

Should we modify pkglint to handle this package name
or replace this package name with spe-0.4.2c?
