This is not a bug in pkglint, but I must confess that the wording of the 
warning is a bit confusing. In the PLIST, you have a binary in the bin/ 
directory, but the manual page is of category 8.

Usually, binaries in bin/ have their manual pages in man/man1, and 
binaries in sbin/ have them in man/man8.
