Error message on CVS import of new package: "/cvsroot/pkgsrc-wip/CVSROOT/ciabot_cvs.pl: no files specified"

I just imported a new package into pkgsrc-wip and saw the following
error:

    [...]
    No conflicts created by this import

    /cvsroot/pkgsrc-wip/CVSROOT/ciabot_cvs.pl: no files specified

which I thought I should report.
