bsdintaller import problems

Hello!

I had some troubles importing the bsdinstaller2 libs to pkgsrc-wip.
Apparently there was an old libdfui and libinstaller pkg in wip, which are 
marked as dead, and causing some problems for me.

The import made some conficts, which need resolution.
Or, maybe I should just suffix them like libinstaller2, libdfui2 ?
