This looks pretty good by now!

One problem I'm seeing are the autogenerated files:
=> Checking file-check results for texlive-bin-2007
ERROR: ************************************************************
ERROR: The following files are in the PLIST but not in /usr/pkg:
ERROR:         /usr/pkg/share/texmf-dist/ls-R
ERROR: ************************************************************
ERROR: The following files are in /usr/pkg but not in the PLIST:
ERROR:         /usr/pkg/share/texmf-local/ls-R
ERROR:         /usr/pkg/share/texmf-var/web2c/updmap.log
*** Error code 1

They should probably just be removed from the check-plist step.
