Thanks! Unfortunately it looks like the license is still troublesome
for the package to be included in base pkgsrc:

The additional paragraph that additionally causes problems now reads:

    - Versions not based on the copyright holder's latest release (on
      the corresponding "branch", such as Ion3(tm)), must within 28 days
      of this release, be prominently marked as (potentially) obsolete
      and unsupported.

I wonder how other software distributions will respond to this.
Changing the COMMENT to read "obsolete" in the pkgsrc stable branches
would be a major pain. Would it be enough if we'd permanently set the
package as NO_BIN_ON_FTP and NO_BIN_ON_CDROM? If anyone is interested
in this pkg, please ask the author if that's ok.
