If you do not have a sourceforge account already, go register one and
then send a mail to thomasklausner%users.sourceforge.net@localhost to get your
commit bit enabled.

Then follow the instructions on:

  http://pkgsrc-wip.sourceforge.net/

under section "Creating packages".
