pt-cyrillic-ttf license

Hello,

I'm concerned about licensing questions regarding [recently added]
wip/pt-cyrillic-ttf package. Distfiles (font files) are distributed
under ParaType Open License, which is a) not in pkgsrc, and
b) available in Russian only.

What would be a good approach to get the package in shape?
