importing wip/libdbi-* packages

Can anybody import wip/libdbi-* packages to pkgsrc?

pkg/40235 [non-critical/medium]:
    wip/libdbi* are ready for import

These packages implement a database-independent abstraction layer in C
for MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQLite and SQLite3.

Objections? Comments?

Databases drivers for Firebird/Interbase and FreeTDS(MS SQL Server and
Sybase) are not packaged.
