vlc-1.1.5 ask for x264-devel, ffmpeg updated, and spawn.h
I am trying to upgrade vlc 1.0.6 to 1.1.5.
While doing that, it seems me new vlc asks for
- x264-devel to be updated to build 84 (20100201) at least
- ffmpeg to be something new, probably 0.6.1
- (libX11 is to be 1.3.5 or later which is already true in -current)
and then I was asked for 'spawn.h'
| inhibit/xdg.c:28:19: error: spawn.h: No such file or directory
| inhibit/xdg.c: In function 'Thread':
| inhibit/xdg.c:129: error: implicit declaration of function 'posix_spawnp'
which I could not find the answer.
Gnulib (see ports/gnulib with FreeBSD:)
http://www.freebsd.org/cgi/cvsweb.cgi/ports/devel/gnulib/
seems to have
spawn.c spawn.h.in
with gnulib-20101221-stable
But I could not find even how to build gnulib as it is.
Anyway, for the convenience to those who concerned vlc 1.1.5,
I am thinking to import x264-devel(20100201) and ffmpeg
0.6.1 in wip directory (kind of send-pr with PATCH).
If there is no objection, I wil import them in a few days.
Patches for now:

(Is this kind of inquiry to be on pkgsrc-users@ instead ?)
Thanks a lot,
