Darn English...  I should have said " distributable gratis-ly only" (as opposed 
to "distributable for-a-price allowed") I guess, at the risk of using 
stupid-sounding phrases.

And as I said, this is a general/theoretical question now.  The authors of my 
package have agreed on a license.
