please review texmaker

I think the texmaker package is ready to go into pkgsrc.  It builds without
problems, and has been running flawlesly for me the past two months.  

One issue though: the distfile has been removed from the master download
site since a new version of texmaker has been released.  I can't update the
package to this new version yet, since it requires qt4 (which we don't have
yet), so I temporarily mirrorred the old distfile myself.  Now once
texmaker is in pkgsrc, and the distfile is mirrorred on ftp.netbsd.org, I'd
like that to be the primary location of the distfile.  

Anyway, please test!
