Finding ncurses in pkgsrc. I'm not perfectly happy that it's hard-coded to
look in /usr/pkg, though. I suppose looking in /etc/mk.conf for the base
pkgsrc directlry after checking /usr/pkg would be better, or some other
means of determining where the pkgsrc base directory is on a given system.

Owl requires terminfo. Terminfo is part of ncurses. If ncurses isn't
installed before configure for owl runs, then the configure bails when it
can't find terminfo.

Main issue seems to be the lack of terminfo.
