Review Request: wip/Terminal

I'm requesting a review of wip/Terminal, a terminal emulator for the GNUstep 
application framework.  This is the first package of a GNUstep application that 
I've created.  It built fine with some minor warnings on my system, which is 
running NetBSD 3.1 on an i386.

Some of the warnings came up in the Terminal_Linux files, so I'm particularly 
interested in seeing if it works on Linux systems using pkgsrc.  I have one of 
my own I can test it on, but the more tests I can get the better.

If there's anything I need to add, I'd appreciate hearing about it.
