new package pidgin-sipe

Hi,

since there is no package for the Pidgin/SIPE project 
(http://sipe.sourceforge.net) in pkgsrc, I have created one. It is available 
from <http://www.takomtech.de/joki/pkgsrc/pidgin-sipe.tar.gz>. I am building 
and using it successfully to talk to Office Communicator contacts on 
NetBSD-current/amd64 and would be very happy if the package was added to 
pkgsrc-wip.

To build the package successfully, the pkg-config file must first be added to 
wip/com_err/PLIST:
