Ummm...I always thought OSF/1 (Digital Unix) didn't run on Multia for
political reasons rather than technical. At least I can testify that
OSF run fine on Multia (a bit slow, though, unless you have tons of
memory).
The X server on TGA shouldn't be much of a problem, as XFree has
been ported to linux/alpha/TGA, NetBSD shouldn't be too hard?
Does NetBSD run on Turbochanneled machinery? I thought I heard it was
dropped? Linux (and BSD?) might run on top of Mach on Turbochannel
boxen, it'll probably take a little work, but should definitely be
doable.
