Chris indicated to me that these started happening to him when the
new "de" driver went into the tree.  He wasn't sure if it was the
driver or the board (misprogrammed by the driver) that was accessing
bogus space...

When you get a machine check, several things are printed to the console
before the system reboots... if you could write these down and post
them, that would probably help...
