In the latest snapshot at

	ftp://ftp.netbsd.org/pub/NetBSD/arch/alpha/19980419

the secr tarfile is missing shared libraries.  The domestic telnet
included in the tarfile doesn't find symbols on execution.  Was this
intentional?  Is there a problem with the domestic shared libs?
