I have an alpha station 200.  I need to interrupt the OS and get to
the console monitor prompt to reboot the machine via the serial
console, a la BREAK on a SUN or control-P on a Vax.

I've looked the the SRM variables and turned a likely variable
`controlp' to be on.  That doesn't seem to help.

Is this possible?  If so, how?

Oh, the OS I'm running is 1.3H.
