Well, rules are made to be broken, I did an in-line update of the
installation subdirectories to fix the sysinst installboot problem.
I guess that's what _ALPHA (and _BETA) releases are for...
The versions you need:
-rw-r--r-- 1 ross ross 2949120 Apr 23 13:37 diskimage/cdhdtape
-rw-r--r-- 1 ross ross 1474560 Apr 23 13:45 floppy/disk1of2
-rw-r--r-- 1 ross ross 655360 Apr 23 13:48 floppy/disk2of2
-rwxr-xr-x 1 ross ross 2049265 Apr 23 13:59 instkernel/netbsd.gz
MD5 (cdhdtape) = 80cda517ed291b8264855652e7f420ac
MD5 (disk1of2) = 0606af952fb66a9da087e4937ce60f9a
MD5 (disk2of2) = c7522d1d4ca222a469cbf3fafef5e0cd
MD5 (netbsd.gz) = 2a4bbca110ce5ee1ce352a785da4e39b
Other problems noticed already:
* the floating point problem is present
* the X server wedges the console on exit
* /root/.profile causes errors on single-user startup
These problems are either fixed or scheduled to be fixed by _BETA.
1.4_BETA is expected by Monday.
