I am running NetBSD 1.3.3 on an AlphaStation 500 with a TGA adapter, and
have the XalphaNetBSD Xserver that was included with the snapshot. When I
try to run it with
XalphaNetBSD :0
It says:
OsVendorInit
alphaKbdPriv.fd = 0 (0)
alphaPtrPriv.fd = 1 (0)
Getting interface configuration (4): Device not configured
unable to get frame buffer type: Inappropriate ioctl for device
Fatal server error:
no screens found
I used xf86config to make my /etc/XF86Config, and it looks okay.
any ideas what the problem might be?
TIA,
Bob
