Hallo!

A hearty thank you to everybody who replied to my previous post. The problem
really turned out to be the kernel switching to the serial console after
successfully probing it. I attached a VT220 to the DEC 3000 machine today and
the NetBSD 1.4 install worked like a charm. Thanks again!
