So, I have one of those 33Mhz Promise controllers.
It's not being seen.
Was I wrong to put it in a 64-bit slot? I don't have any more 32-bit slots
free.
(board is PC164, for what it's worth.)
BTW, I went and looked up power consumption. I can't be sure, but it looks
like the 250W power supply is enough to spin up three EIDE drives, a floppy,
and a CD-ROM, as well as run the ethernet, video, and 256MB of RAM. ;)
