Subject: Interpreting PC164 ECC error messages?

I think I got a bad batch of memory for my PC164. I'm attempting to
isolate 4 good simms out of the batch of 8 I bought. At this point,
I'm pretty sure 2-3 of the batch of 8 I bought are bad; I just don't
know which ones yet.
Anyone know how to interpret ECC error messages from SRM?
Processor correctable error through vector 630.
Alpha 21164 CPU IPRs:
EI_STAT: FFFFFFF4C5FFFFFF EI_ADDR: FFFFFF000005E06F
FILL_SYN: 0000000000002000 ISR: 0000000100000000
Processor detected single bit ECC error in Memory
The "EI_STAT" and "FILL_SYN" are consistent with any given
configuration of SIMMs but (sometimes) change when I swap them around.
Anyone know where this is documented?
