I'm trying to load SRM v5.5 on a virgin PC164.  I put fwupdate.exe and
pc164srm.rom on a floppy.  I tried to run fwupdate from the "run a
program" option and I also selected "load firmware."  Both ways yield
an error message: "media not loaded."  The jumper (J31, pins 2-3) is
set to allow writing the firmware.

What am I missing?

Any help from the alpha wizards here is greatly appreciated.
