So, I've been having a few problems with the accelerations in the
TGA Xserver and my PWS433a.  So, I added a -noaccel option which
disables the accelerations.

If you are having any artefacts with a TGA or TGA2, try starting
X with -noaccel and see if that helps.  It is quite a bit slower
on scrolling and moving windows opaquely, though, so don't apply
it lightly...
